Extremely Rude Staff
After being referred from the one department to another department, my call was answered by an extremely rude staff member. I will NEVER recommend Standard Bank to any of my clients I serve as an accountant if this is the type of service my clients should expect.

26 Jun 2025, 11:35Also- seems that Standard Bank has a generic response to negative reviews. Be rest assured Standard Bank- as you are not able to assist me to help my client who hold millions with you, its best if I advise them to move to a bank that actually takes customer service serious.
