Extremely poor service - STAY AWAY

I recently opened a cheque account with this bank. I made it clear to the lady who was helping me that i will transact internationally, meaning deposits in and out from/to offs****. I have tried numerous times to make an international purchase without success. I enquired with the company and they informed me my bank (STD) is rejecting the transaction and urged me to make contact with them. I communicated with two of their consultants on my app and they were both useless, they said i must email the Forex department which i did but to date no assistance or response. My worry is ZARUSD exchange rates fluctuates and i may have to pay more whenever standard bank choose to fix the problem. I am appalled by their service and would not recommend this bank to anyone. My experience with them has been terrible so far.
