Extremely poor service at standard bank umtata

I am so disappointed at the service I regularly get at standard bank York road Umtata. Yesterday was not different. Everytime I go there I have to wait at the que for at least two hours before I get helped every single time. After standing for so long and on getting my new card and activating it on their atm's. It couldn't come out. The branch was closed and now I have to leave work early again and stand on those long ques. I am so disappointed at their service.
