EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AT STANDARD BANK BROOKLYN, PRETORIA
Waiting time at Standard Bank Brooklyn Branch to collect a card in excess of 1 hour. When complaining to the manager about this, I was told I can report this and rate the branch as I see fit. I am still waiting.
