Extremely poor service and withholding money

I have been waiting for a refund for over 4 months. This is the worst experience I have had with any banking institution. If you owe them money they are very quick to hand you over to their debt collectors and add on interest charges. If they owe you money they ignore all emails and correspondence you send them, cannot believe that I have been waiting for my own money for about 4 months. For such a big institution it is pathetic how they can literally ***** from their customers and probably earn millions in interest on the refunds they owe them. I would highly recommend people to stay away. They do not care about their customers
