Extremely Poor service and don't care attitude from Standard Bank

I tried to apply for a pension backed home loan with Standard Bank. They advised that I was on debt review. I sent them all my clear credit records. I also enquired as to the company they used to do credit checks and was advised that they use Experian. Even their checks came back clear. I tried contacting their debt review department to clear the matter, the numbers either does not exist or is never available. I WANT TO CLEAR MY RECORD!!!!!! Where do I go to report this! Its insane
