Extremely poor service
I have repeatedly requested for my debit order to be changed to the 26th of each month as my salary date has changed. I have called the call centre for AVAF and I was told my request has been processed. To my surprise I woke up to an SMS notifying me that debit has gone through. Can someone at AVAF help me. It's just a 1 minute job change the date to the 26th.
