Extremely poor service.

I visited standard bank, Louis trichardt branch today during lunch my lunch break to collect a card. I am an essential service worker with a permit and was informed that theres no one dealing with collections and there will be no one dealing with collections until further notice. I was instructed stand a long queue for enquiries as permits only worked during level 5 and 4 of lockdown and everyone is now an essential worker. This makes it impossible for me to collect my card and it did not matter to the person whom was screening people to enter into the branch. Now my card stand to be returned back as I cannot collect it. I'm very disappointed and considering to change my bank.
