Extremely poor customer service

For some unknown reason standard bank keep taking a service fee for every cash withdrawal I make at the ATM, What is the reason for paying a monthly fee if they just takes fees as they like and it is not the normal ATM withdrawal fee it sometime go up until about R50 per withdrawal, thai is ridiculous,l.<br> <br> I went to Brakpan branch for assistance but the person that assisted me kept telling me that I need to change over to a per transaction account, I told him about 5 times that I do not want to change my account they must sort it out but went in the one side and out the otherside and then they would let someone contact me and as usual I still waiting, could this be a sign that standard bank staff is *********** and that it is time to change to another bank? I'm starting to experience more and more problems with them every month, first issue was breach of contract and all the say is that they will sort it out but best of all they stated a Client will not get Feedback so what proof are there, I see it as another dead end.... Always had all my trust in Standard bank but seems like there service are becoming very poor.
