Extremely poor client service

I do not know how many times I am writing in this platform regarding the same problem that standard Bank is giving me. They are not giving me any feedback nor replying to me. They just reply on the email saying we will solve your problem soon. Till today I haven't heard anything back from them. This so frustrating and they don't care about my problem. The only thing they good at is to take money from my bank account. I am so disappointed I don't know what to do anymore. I just to finish this payment and close this account.
