Extremely poor and service

<p>I went to visit standard bank as I wanted to open an access account, upon arrival I signed to see a consultant and I manage to wait for 2 hours before I could help, there was only one consultant working and there was a hefty line of clients waiting and mostly old people, I demanded they call the branch manager ( Patrick Baleni), not even he could give an explanation as to how is it that clients wait for over 2 hours or more to get helped knowing that they only have one consultant working on a Monday after the 25th.</p>
