Extremely pathetic service

Today standard banks pathetic cal center called to tell me my account is in arrears after they’ve deducted the due amount! To my dismay I asked for this to be returned to which I was responded with a no we cannot do this, after explaining to the team leader there that I was not made aware of the contract neither was I sent one he jumped and said we’ll go fetch one at the branch. This team leader was extremely rude, aggressive and did not even have the decency to give me a resolution to my answer and made me out to be a ****. I am extremely fed up with standard bank, they are literally the worst, whenever you need to get your own money they take their own god damn time, but as soon as you owe them a R89 it’s like the world will end. Will definitely be changing banks!!
