Extremely HORRIBLE service from Standard Bank Student

Extremely HORRIBLE service from Standard Bank. I wrote a bad service review here yesterday, hoping that after they had seen the review, they would at least make an effort to assist me get my "student loan without surety" application processed. My application has been neglected since 15 January 2024 without any explanation given, despite numerous follow-up emails I sent, all of which went ignored. I have submitted a new application on 20 March 2024, but it is also currently being ignored, as the 3-day feedback promise has long lapsed. Standard Bank, after seeing my review yesterday, just told me that I would be called back, which was just another LIE from them. But what the hell is wrong with these people? Can't they just reject my application if they have no intention of giving me the loan, instead of leaving me in the dark for nearly THREE MONTHS????
