Extremely Disappointed with Standard Bank's Unprofessionalism and Lack of Communication

I am utterly dismayed by the appalling lack of professionalism and communication from Standard Bank. On April-5th-2024 and April 10-2024 my account was arbitrarily locked without any prior notification or explanation. Despite my numerous attempts to seek clarification via email and chat, I have been met with a wall of silence and indifference.

The support representative, Nandipha, whom I chatted with, was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. When asked about the reason for the account lock and the expected timeframe for resolution, she bluntly stated that she did not know. This level of incompetence and disrespect is unacceptable from a financial institution of Standard Bank's caliber.

It is inconceivable that a bank would treat its customers with such disdain and disregard for their financial security and well-being. I demand immediate action to unlock my account and provide a detailed explanation for this unwarranted action.

Unless this issue is resolved swiftly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere and urge others to do the same. Standard Bank's lack of transparency and customer service is simply unacceptable.
