Extremely disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed at the service I got this morning. After 7 calls being transferred back and forth and nearly R70 of my airtime I’m still nowhere with my problem. My RCP deduction went of this morning and my salary date is on the 25th only. It’s not so hard to assist a client but surely you as standardbank has forgotten that or you just don’t care.
