Extremely disappointed!!!

I have logged a complaint with the ComplaintResolutionCentre 7 days ago with regards to my credit report not being updated after I had settled my account. Nobody has bothered to come back to me and my profile is being affected. <br> <br> Please can someone help rectify this ASAP..<br>
