Extremely disappointed

I have been calling standard bank for many years to assist with telephonic queries with my personal savings and cheque account which has never been a problem. Today I called in, and they informed me that they are doing a new security check thing, which I did not have a problem with, They started asking me strange questions about things I didnt know about and things that I've never heard about which is not relevant to me at all. I asked these questions to the best of my ability from my memory, but they couldnt help me any longer and declined assisting me further because I failed the "security authentication". All I wanted them to do and which I explained in the begining, was please reverse a debit order I know nothing about - The debit order amount was R266 done 26th may 2017. I needed this money urgently hence my request. I asked the consultant to allow me to speak to her team leader as I urgently need that debit order to be reversed. I spoke to the team leader, who actually decided to call me by my second name, which I took great offense to. She said there is nothing they can do and I must call back tomorrow. I explained that I cant, Im using the work phone. I told her I am a single mother of a one year old and cannot go to the bank on Saturday to reverse this small amount of R266, which I needed for milk and nappies. I am a simple call centre agent, trying to get by. I have never owned property in Vereeniging or stayed in Motherwell. I have never registered a company or owned a Mr Price sports account. I have been on so many different types of medications after numerous operations and hospitalisations, my memory is terrible. I dont remember certain loans that I may have had 7years ago. I just needed the R266 to be reversed so I can give my child milk. I dropped the call feeling helpless, powerless, utterly disappointed and burst into tears from shock and sadness that standard bank did this to me. And refused to assist me further. The team leader ended up telling me I must send an email from internet banking and someone will respond, which I have done. But that was not immediate assistance, LIKE I ALWAYS GET ON THE PHONE!!! No one has called me about this.. Cos they dont care...I hope that someone hears me and doesnt give me system-generated-cold-hearted-jargon.
