Extremely bad services by Standard Bank and Stanlib.

I recently was tempted to take policies with STD Bank, but I thank God their true colors were revealed before I committed. I am a handling an Estate of a relative, but to have the funds transferred to the Estate new account has now become an impossible mission. Its like they don't want to transfer the funds from a Money Account, The Lat'se Cheque Account, and a Stanlib Investments.

I don't know what to do now cause the people that depends on the Late relatives are now suffering because of STD Bank with their Greed, Lack of Sympathy, and inconsiderate of the circumstances faced by the dependents.

Do you think I have a legal right to report them with the Ombuds, I need advice please. I have fact to prove prejudice caused by them, but do I have a legal stand?

Advice would be appreciated.
