Extremely bad Services and robbing us of our payments

My husband opened an RCP 2 years ago, as a staff member, he has been paying off the RCP for the last two years, close to R24000 in payments later and still the balance remains the same as when he opened it.

We've been to the branch to enquire and try get this resolved, it's been an entire month and nothing has been done, when we try get a response we're being ignored.

We are very disappointed with standard bank, we have never missed a single payment but our outstanding balance is still the very same amount we borrowed 2 years back - how is that even possible?!
