EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE
Extremely poor service from Standard Bank. I had a revolving loan with them which I have paid without missing a single installment, and I paid a lump sum to settle it. Yet they debited my account after it has been closed. Trying to get a refund has been impossible. Branch refers me to call center and call center refer me to a branch.
It's been 3 weeks of to and fro and I have not been refunded.
