Extremely bad service

I submitted transfers payment transfers from my shyft account to another institution to close the shyft account as a result of bad service. I received an email stating payment declined code ccc. Now I am being told payments are not permitted for purpose of gambling, purchases related to arms, adult entertainment, purchasing of drugs or cryptocurrency related purchases. I sent mails and messages clearly stating my intent to close the account as a result of BAD SERVICE.
