Extremely BAD customer sevice
<p>I created a cash vaucher for large sum of amount and procceeded to the ATM to collect the cash, the ATM gave me an error messege twice. I called Standard bank and they told me they are having a systems problem i should wait for 4 hours. I called after 2 hours and they told me i had cashed out the money, which i did not do. And this is not the first time i have experienced the same issue.</p>
