Extremely Appalling Bad Service

Firstly I have to say I will not recommend this bank to anyone as the service is extremely terrible. Your progress payment department is so delayed that not only has it put my family under risk but also my business . I have not paid the contractors & their staff is now threatening to burn the place down if they don't get their money. Adding to my problems you delay the payments in order to charge me ridiculous interest coming out of the facility leaving me short to complete the project. What a *******. I will be going to the local newspapers to warn the public to save themselves the hassle & embarrassment of having police come to my property to calm the contractors down who riot & threaten to damage property while the neighbours & public look & laugh at us. I would have never taken your offer if i knew this was the case. If any one of my family members are harmed in any way I will not take it lying down. All correspondence will be filed for the newspaper article.
