extreme bad service

I have had the worst service in my life from from st andard bank insurance. Standard bank insurance looks for reason to not pay out a claim and sends out there work provider that has no idea what they doing!! This has really become a joke dealing with this insurance company..! The is. Leak in my pool and standard bank insurance won't cover the claim I put in. I called other insurance companies to find out if they would cover a claim like thuis and all of them said they would of covered it. So why is standard bank insurance running away from the problem here? My house bond is standard bank and I've only had the best service from them so I expected the insurance side to be the same! I have been emailing and I don't get any reply, the is no such thing as service from the insurance side!! Stop running away from the problem standard bank insurance!! I pay my bond and insurance every month with no problem but when I put in a claim then it is another story..
