Extra Fee of R3.50 in my Account
Good day I listed a complain in 2019 on Hallo Peter regarding a Fee that was deducted off my account after my Vehicle finance Was deducted. I had to go into the bank every month to cancel this fee.But the same thing happened every month afterwards.After complaining on Hallo Peter the IT Department of Standard Bank contacted me and said it is their fault and they will Fix it and Cancel the fee and Refund me. Which they did. Now in 2021 January 01/01, the Very same Issue repeating itself on my account. A Fee of R3.50 has been deducted after my Vehicle finance gets deducted.From Jan till May 2021
