EXTRA CONTRIBUTION ON HOME LOAN ACCOUNT
I have been contributing extra cash on my home loan account for the past five years ,it happen that i need that cash for my personal use all to find that i should open access account so that it could link to my home loan account then i can do transfer from home loan to access account then i will make withdrawal, all to find that after that process which it took me two week to be approve from they are site, the took all my extra cash to home loan saying i have to start afresh which i feel like i was **** by the big bank in the country how can they be so horrible by taking all by extra .no i feel to move my home loan to some other bank cause standard bank is big NO to me.
