Extension of property sale notification

To get hold of a Standard Bank home loans consultant via e-mail is nearly impossible. I need to extend the notification of sale period of my home loan as it is due to expire on the 19/08/2020. This needs to be done in writing for record purposes. The e-mail address that Standard Bank provides on their website does not exist anymore - they don't update their details and there are no alternative e-mail address I can find. When you phone them, you hold on for 20 minutes+ before speaking to a consultant - and chances are they will transfer you to the next person who will also put you on hold. I dealt with Tshepo Menyatso about 3 months ago who gave good service, but his e-mail address gives an auto reply - to forward the query to another e-mail adress which is ALSO NOT WORKING and NO RESPONSE RECEIVED! I will NOT be liable for any additional fees charged, if my notification does not reach them due to their negligence of not updating details on their website. Awaiting your urgent response.
