Express Delivery fee charge of R400 which I never asked for

On the 09/06/2017 I went to Standard Bank with the hope that the nightmares i experienced at the green bank would be no more. Little did I know the HORROR that awaited me at Standard Bank.

I opened a new account, deposited R800 to test how it would fare on 09 June 2017. Stupidly moved my salary same day because i did not want to be late for my companys payroll changes, still with bubbles and roses in my mind about Standard Bank.

My nightmare began when I logged on my new account on 19 June 2017 only to discover that Standard Bank had , without my consent, ****** R400 off my account for "express delivery fee" the very same day I opened the account.

I asked the consultant, Nigel Bailey, on 19 June 2017 via email and through numerous calls to his direct line ********** 521. His response was that the fee was new, he was not aware and that it was in error as I has not requested the card to be delivered via express so Standard Bank had no business making my pay for a service I never wanted and as a result i would be credited the R400. Nigel assured me on numerous occasions that the R400 ****** by standard Bank would be returned to my account no later than 24 to 48 hours. It is now 196 hours since my first complant to him regarding this and the R400 is still not returned.

Can somebody at Standard Bank tell me when I will have my money back??? The account number in question is ********** 6061 . Nigel already indicated, of this was true, that a credit had been passed on Tuesday 20 June 2017 but I am yet to see my money back. My email is ********** , cellphone ********** 082 .

Again , I called him on Friday 23 June 2017, still he assured me that ths morning the money would reflect. Little did I know that he's pulling a fast one on me on behalf of his employer. I must add that he puts up a very good show defending the bank but the reaction to me complaint has been *** shame I wont lie . i would hate to think that there are other suckers outhere likemyself who allow this **** to happen. What a bitter and horrible start to a relationship I thought would be fine.

Somebody, anybody there must sort this **** out or I'm taking my case to the media and ombudsman.

I called the complaints resolution centre on Monday 26 June 2017. A Kabelo Molefe took the complaint. I called again today to find out the progress. Khanyi Dlamini took the call now at 09:05 28 June 2017, told me no one can help me as Kabelo Molefe is not in. This is *** , how can supposedly big bank rely on Kabelo Molefe only to assist. I want my money you ****s. That piece of **** Nigel Bailye is also avoiding me. I want my R400 you ****ers.
