Exploiting customers
I opened a student account back when I was in college and rarely used it. Now the claiming that I owe R10000.00 for an account I barely used. Also when I call, they say it’s my bank chargers. It’s exhausting to even call and dispute… hence I’m here for my account to be closed and clear my name.
