EXPLOITATION OF FUNDS

I am a private banker client with Standard bank, howeverr earlier this year I experienced financial difficulty and requested for the account to be closed, the banker advised that it was jot possible due to the fees owed. I then requested for the account to be downgraded while paying off the fees in order to prevent further private banking charges and I was refused that opportunity. I am currently sitting with banking fees of R14000,is that really fair to expect a person to pay such an amount towards mainting a banking account?! I plead that hello peter intervenes and assist me as I have been trying to get this sorted for than 6 months now
