Exploitation at Banks

It is a sad reality that the banks that we highly respect thrives on exploitation. The Banks that we trust with the money which we placed our hopes on,my experience is with Standard Bank that exploited me and I have learnt to hate that bank with passion. If you look into their ***** department it is full of learners. The reason they recruit many Learners is simple because they are able to save as they don't pay these learners at all as the R6500 paid to them comes from bankseta/government and once these Learners are qualified,their contracts get terminated as the banks don't want to pay them more and they recruit other people they will exploit and at the end give them lame reasons for terminating the contracts such as being sick,although the contract they give you entitled you to sick Leave. Standard Bank never honour contracts and you will never win against them as their human relations manager is good facilitating bribes on their behalf just like they did in my case.

In my case I believe I was fired for the fact that I was an Accountant that had downgraded to ***** Learnership and competency is never valued as the Manager (Nomcebo) and the team Leader insecurities were stirred by having a person of my calibre in a call centre. I was dissapointed by the fact that they failed to give me proper reasons and they bribed the commissioner who listened to the case as he delivered a ruling that was nothing but madness and never addressed the things that were challenged.

After I had been exposed at a call centre and after I had learnt that contracts are not honored at Standard bank I was dissapointed with them. I even terminated my bank accounts with them because I did not believe that Learners who are dominating their ***** department can safely protect my money and given that I also learnt that highly educated people are seen as a threat and never appreciated in a call centre and such people are fired because of insecurities of Managers. I will never work for a Bank ever again especially Standard Bank .
