experiencing the worst banking system

my account has been blocked for over 2 months now.The personal account has been resolved which makes my profile active but my elite account is still blocked for no reason.i have submitted affidavit and all proof.Please look into it ..acct number : ***.I think i will have to stop banking with standard bank,the investigator never for once email me or call me.this is the worst service i am going through.they kept on escalating up to no avail
