Existing bond change of name with Standard Bank

I would like to raise my dissatisfaction, disappointment, hurt, pain and frustration with Standard Bank. I have been banking with Standard Bank for 20 years now, I am a private banker. I divorced last year December on the 08 December with my ex wife. The divorce settlement agreement was i keep the house we bought for 1.1 MILLION and she part ways ammicably. However Standard Bank has declined my application twice, all i have asked Standard Bank in 11 months to resolve this and they have not. I asked them all they need to do is remove her name on the bond . I have been paying the bond since 27 April 2017, i have never skipped a payment, i pay my bond on time and last year i deposited R 300 000.00 into the property bond. I am about to lose my house due to the divorce settlement of my ex wife name being remove so she can move on with her life and i continue with my bond alone. I cannot afford to lose a R 1,1 million rand house due to Standard Bank lack of service and my son not to have a home due to this. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH STANDARD BANK. My branch is hyde park, i have changed over 3 private bankers without notification. Standard bank service has really deteriorated over the years.
