Executor in name only

My father passed away in February 2021. Dipuo Segage has repeatedly failed over all this time to keep me in the loop properly or to respond to my queries. Often the excuse is she has been in meetings. A meeting does not last three weeks at a time. I have to constantly follow up and copy a ton of people in my e-mails..The most recent botch up is not following my instructions and not honouring my father's wishes to let me take over payments on an insurance policy of which I was always the beneficiary. Dipuo instructed the insurers instead to pay the proceeds of the policy into the estate even though I the beneficiary of said policy. I wrote to her to complain but as is so often the case heard nothing back. I then contacted the insurer and have sorted it out. It seems I am a better executor than Standard Bank. Dipuo also keeps saying she is waiting for SARS and that that and all outstanding matters about the estate ste being prioritised. I asked het what concrete measures were being taken to "prioritise" my father's estate. Days later I have received no response. What exactly is Standard Bank charging for as an executor of an extremely simple estate with no debt and very few assets?
