I use to have a will at Standard Bank and in 2015 I have lost my wife and little daughter in a car accident. Standard Bank took over and were dealing with all my estate. I have requested a letter or to help me in policies that was in my late wife's name, but ever since my communication to them is as if they disappeared from the face of the earth. Calling them don't help. Sending e-mail don't help. Make sure that you get your house in order and get someone you can trust dealing with this. All I got at the end is a statement and with they took a percentage.
