EXCUSES

I asked for a pre-aproval a month ago and I was told I can look for a house up to the value of R1,035 000.00 and just bring the offer to purchase and will have my final answer within 3 working days. I found a house for R850 000.00 and submitted my offer to the bank on Saturday 18/11/2017 at the Middelburg Branch and was told I will have an answer on 22/11/2017. I received 2 mesages stating that I passed the pre-screening one on 20/11/2017 and the other 22/11/2017. Agnes from Standard Bank phoned me and said they are busy with the applications and promised I will no by 11 today the owner wants an answer or he will sell to another buyer.
