Exchange Conversion Charges

Standard Bank introduced a 2.75% (Exchange) Conversion Charge on all International transactions. Not sure when, but maybe as from 6 months ago. As an example, all iTunes music purchases now attract this additional fee of 2.75%. I am horrified and will need to review my banking options.
