EXCESS BOND
From 2015 I have been baying extra on my bond with Standard bank including R500 paid weekly as of 2018 which amounts to over R30000. I went to Standard bank to apply for the excess bond on my account in May 2021 and also did follow ups twice with no luck. my money is not available and on the 30th July 2021 I wax given a reference number: *** and was told that they are investigating why the funds are not reflecting on my excess bond as it still shows R0.00 on the available funds. all I need to know is where did my money go?
