Hi<br> <br> Being in the service industry myself I know that many a time good service rendered always goes unnoticed. The service that Kedibone offered went far beyond what I had expected, firstly we arrived late (towards closing time) and she didn't turn us back like most bank personal always do. Despite already being late, not once was she impatient with us, you can imagine five guys opening one business account, so its five signatures for everything, five questions asked five times over, despite all this, she kept her cool, explained everything and didn't seem to be worried about the fact that the clock had passed 5 already.
