Exceptional service received from Shakera Booysen at standard bank pickering offices.

I was assisted by the front desk lady, her name is Shakera Booysen from Standard bank pickering branch in port elizabeth.

The level of service she has portrayed is totally out of this world. She truly goes the extra mile.

I was trying to apply for an ID through the home affairs online channel and i kept experiencing problems. Each time i went into the branch, i thought " oh this lady is going to think im stupid and annoying" Yet each time i visited, she greeted with a smile and try to resolve my problem. Wow, Shakera.

She tried to communicate with home affairs consultants to help with the issue. (online application did not want to give me a booking date) the fees was paid via online banking for my ID. She then informed me few days later that i would need to visit the home affairs offices to rectify.

She went far and beyond the call of duty to even get the home affairs officials to assist me.

I truly appreciate and commend Shakera Booysen for all her assistance, always with a smile
