I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Sifiso and the entire team at the Standard Bank Festival Mall branch for their outstanding service. Sifiso went above and beyond to assist us with sorting out our internet banking dashboards and linking all profiles. He was incredibly patient and professional, especially while we were trying to figure out the root of the problem.

What truly stood out was his dedication — after we had left the branch, we realized we had forgotten my husband's ID and bank card. Without hesitation, Sifiso ran out to hand them back to us.
