Exceptional service from Liza Pienaar

About a month ago I was assisted by a very helpful and kind lady by the name of Liza Pienaar. Following my card being swallowed by an ATM, she assisted me with activating my new card.

Things got complicated as there were some challenges with my profile but Liza was so agile and stopped at no end in finding a way to safely assist me without compromising the security of my profile. She even called me back twice to check if I was successful at activating my card.

I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for her patience and what she did for me at a time when I was desperate and helpless. She treated me as though I was the only Standard Bank customer in existence.

This is the reason why I continue to choose Standard Bank as my bank!
