EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM CYNTHIA DIBA

<br> I visited standard bank in Thibalt square cape town a month ago and was referred to a lady called Cynthia Diba, I needed urgent help. They were having issues with their system as it had just been upgraded therefore she was unable to assist me right away. She promised to get back to me which she did, she kept on updating me and telling me that she will make sure that i get whatever it is that i needed at that point. She finally came through for me. I really appreciate that as it made me feel like the only standard bank client there judging from the way she handled my situation. She really knows the meaning of great customer service, i needed her help again today which went very smoothly. Employees like that are hard to find, she's really passionate about her job. please continue helping others the same way you've helped me. Well done Cynthia Diba!!!!
