I have lost all faith in private bankers and have therefore resorted to always doing things myself when it concerns my account. However, last week I was instructed to contact my private banker regarding a discrepancy. My banker was unfortunately not available, then I contacted Cuan Fleming. What a change he made to my perception of private bankers. He responded so quickly and so efficiently.
