Exceptional Service

I want to thank Bernice Moodley, from Standard Bank, for going above and over the normal norms to give exceptional service. She’s a person that lives by the values of Standard Bank, growing people, being proactive, serving clients, upholding the highest levels of integrity and respecting her clients.

To me it seemed like she was in the office every day, always very early to help not only me but her other clients as well. Although there were many barriers between me (her client) and the bank, she constantly kept raising the bar to still give exceptional service.
