Exceptional service

I have to applaud Thabiso Malematja for excellent service he provided, had a app and online banking issue and he came through till problem was fixed, couldn’t takes call and asked he be patient so we talk via email and he indeed had the patience. We always complain but today I feel we must give praise where it’s needed. Big ups and more to happy customers experience ☺️ I have recently left my previous bank and don’t regret coming through to Standard bank
