Exceptional Customer Service!
I visited Standard Bank Woodmead on 20 August 2026 at approximately 13:45, and I would like to take a moment to compliment Lucinda, one of the bank attendants, for the excellent service she provided.
Lucinda was extremely polite, welcoming, friendly and professional. She has such a wonderful personality and made what could have been a stressful banking experience feel comfortable and pleasant.
I spent almost an hour at the bank, but when I eventually left, I felt happy and satisfied, knowing that all my queries had been attended to properly.
A special thank you to Lucinda for going the extra mile and making my banking experience such a positive one. Customer service like this deserves to be recognised and appreciated.
