I want to give a huge shoutout to Hlamalani(hope I got her name right, a lady with short hair by the tellers). I had 2/3 encounters with her both encounters I was in distress, she always assisted with sympathy, compassion and a sense of urgency. From the first encounter to the end of the query she remains calm, updates and keep the promise of doing what she said she will do. Big ups, Malamulele branch should be proud to have someone like her. You hardly encounter people who are so obsessed with delivering good service these days that when someone does its truly heart warming🥳
