Exceptional customer service

<p>After much frustration and a missing card for collection at Pinelands, Standard Bank, in frustration I approached Standard Bank Thibault Square in Cape Town.</p> <p> </p> <p>The teller who handled me, Ms Claudia Erasmus, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, informing me that my specific card was a generic one that required customers to register themselves (The UCount) and that it was not something I needed to wait on to be issued. I was in discussions for 6 months with an inept call centre and Pinelands branch of Standard Bank wasnt helpful at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Claudia for restoring my faith in the personnel standards of my primary bank (for the moment).</p> <p> </p>
