Exceptional customer service

I have recently been to the Standard Bank branch in Kingsmead Durban and I just have to say that the level of service I have received was beyond exceptional especially in particular staff member Indira Ramkhelawan who was the most wonderful and helpful person I have ever dealt with in all my years with Standard Bank, she has made my experience much better with Standard Bank and she is the sole reason I will be staying with them as a customer. Kingsmead Standard Bank Durban will be the only branch I will be going through for future queries.
